Work out simple positions for two partners.
What you will learn
Work out simple positions for two partners. This TRAINOVIX lesson shows a simple setup, a specific practice action and a way to notice your progress without rushing.
Practice step by step
- Check that the court is clear and others are outside racket range.
- Mark front and rear zones on a court.
- Alternate a front-court net feed with a back-court high feed while calling responsibilities.
- Check that partners avoid crossing paths.
- Practise a few gentle feeds and take a break before rushing.
Coaching tips
- Talk through rotations before a rally.
- Keep movements small and be aware of nearby rackets.
How to progress
Start with the simplest version of the activity. Give yourself enough time to learn the movement, ask for feedback when useful, and choose a more challenging variation only when your practice feels comfortable and controlled.
