Neck and Shoulder Ease
Release unnecessary tension through easy movement.
What you will learn
Release unnecessary tension through easy movement. This TRAINOVIX lesson shows a simple setup, a specific practice action and a way to notice your progress without rushing.
Practice step by step
- Begin in a comfortable position and move only through a pain-free range.
- Sit or stand tall with relaxed shoulders.
- Roll shoulders slowly and turn your head gently without pushing the neck.
- Check for comfortable breathing and a relaxed jaw.
- Repeat slowly if comfortable; never push into pain.
Coaching tips
- Stop if movement causes pain or dizziness.
- Gentle consistent movement is better than stretching forcefully.
How to progress
Start with the simplest version of the activity. Give yourself enough time to learn the movement, ask for feedback when useful, and choose a more challenging variation only when your practice feels comfortable and controlled.
