Bounce Pass Accuracy
Send a pass that reaches a teammate at a comfortable height.
What you will learn
Send a pass that reaches a teammate at a comfortable height. This TRAINOVIX lesson shows a simple setup, a specific practice action and a way to notice your progress without rushing.
Practice step by step
- Prepare on a dry, uncluttered court and start at a comfortable pace.
- Face a partner several steps away on a non-slip court.
- Push the ball toward a point on the floor between you so it rises toward your partner.
- Adjust the bounce point after your partner's feedback.
- Practise a few calm repetitions and gradually vary the angle only when ready.
Coaching tips
- Keep the first passes gentle.
- Keep control and awareness of other players on the court.
How to progress
Start with the simplest version of the activity. Give yourself enough time to learn the movement, ask for feedback when useful, and choose a more challenging variation only when your practice feels comfortable and controlled.
