Passing on the Move
Connect a pass with simple walking footwork.
What you will learn
Connect a pass with simple walking footwork. This TRAINOVIX lesson shows a simple setup, a specific practice action and a way to notice your progress without rushing.
Practice step by step
- Start with a gentle warm-up in an open area with your partners.
- Walk along a clear lane beside a partner.
- Pass gently while moving and continue into open space after releasing the ball.
- Pause if passing causes you to lose balance.
- Repeat gently with teammates before adding movement or distance.
Coaching tips
- Walk before jogging.
- Use agreed safe, non-contact practice rules.
How to progress
Start with the simplest version of the activity. Give yourself enough time to learn the movement, ask for feedback when useful, and choose a more challenging variation only when your practice feels comfortable and controlled.
